    pt-equipmentI invite you to meet with me for a free initial consultation for group or one-on-one sessions.  During the consultation, we’ll discuss  lifestyle and goals and complete a health form. I can develop a much more effective training program when I understand  diet, stress level, prior injuries and health concerns. This meeting will also give you a chance to get to know me and learn about my training techniques.

    When you decide to schedule training sessions with me, we’ll move forward with  a fitness evaluation, body measurements and body composition analysis, and an exclusive training program developed just for you or your group.
